Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order within 1 hour of placement, provided it has not yet entered the processing or dispatch stage. To cancel, log in to your account and go to Orders, then select the order and choose "Cancel order." A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Once an order has entered processing or been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer need the order after dispatch, you can refuse delivery — the item will be returned to us automatically. Once we receive it back, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. For urgent cancellation requests outside the 1-hour window, WhatsApp us at +91 99999 99999 immediately. We'll do our best to intercept the order, though this cannot be guaranteed.

If your order contains multiple products and only one is out of stock or unavailable, we will ship the remaining items and issue a partial refund for the unavailable product. We will notify you by email before dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in exceptional circumstances, including: • Product stock unavailability after payment • Suspected fraudulent transactions • Incorrect pricing due to technical error • Force majeure events In all such cases, a full refund is issued within 3–5 business days, and we will notify you immediately by email.

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed as follows: • UPI / Net Banking / Debit Card: 5–7 business days • Credit Card: 7–10 business days • Wallet: 3–5 business days • Store credit: within 24 hours Contact care@olook.in if your refund is not received within the stated timeline.
