By accessing OLOOK's website or mobile application, or by placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at care@olook.in if you suspect unauthorised account access.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and ingredient lists are accurate, but minor variations may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

An order confirmation email constitutes our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors — in which case we will issue a full refund. Payment is processed securely by Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and EMI.

All content on this platform — including text, images, formulation descriptions, ingredient guides, routine content, and the OLOOK brand identity — is the intellectual property of OLOOK Skincare Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is prohibited. You may share content for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution.

The AI Skin Guide provides personalised recommendations based on information you provide. It is an educational tool and does not constitute medical or dermatological advice. For skin conditions requiring treatment, please consult a qualified dermatologist. OLOOK is not liable for outcomes from following AI recommendations without professional guidance where appropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OLOOK's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our products are cosmetics, not medicines, and individual results vary.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Mumbai. For consumer disputes, you may also approach the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or State Consumer Forum.
