When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, delivery address, and payment method details (processed securely by Razorpay — we never store raw card data). When you use the AI Skin Guide or complete a skin quiz, we collect your skin type, concerns, and lifestyle preferences. This data is used solely to personalise your product recommendations and routine guidance. We also collect standard usage data — pages viewed, products browsed, and session duration — via anonymised analytics to improve the platform.

Your data is used to: • Process and fulfil your orders • Personalise product and routine recommendations • Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and support communications • Improve our platform and product formulations (in aggregate, anonymised form) • Send marketing communications — only if you have opted in, and always with an easy unsubscribe We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your skin data for advertising profiling.

We share your data only with trusted partners who help us run the service: • Razorpay — payment processing • Delhivery / our logistics partners — order fulfilment • AWS — secure cloud infrastructure • Postmark — transactional emails All partners are bound by data processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Order records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law. You may request account deletion at any time — we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
